To Member Universities:

The meeting is convened at December 22, 2020, to negotiate the working plan of The International University Consortium for Agricultural Engineering (IUCAE), strengthen the academic exchange and cooperation between Member Universities, and enhance their academic edge and international stature in the field of agricultural engineering.

2-3 persons including the person in charge or other related staff of each Member University

Ⅱ Arrangements

1. Attendance

This meeting is held offline and online:

(1) Chinese Mainland attendees join the meeting at Jiangsu University.

(2) Hongkong and overseas attendees join the meeting via Zoom.

2. Timeline

(1) 19:00-20:00, December 17, 2020 (Beijing time)

It is for Zoom users to test the link before the meeting.

(2) 16:00-17:30, December 22, 2020 (Beijing time)

It is for onsite registration.

(3) 19:00-20:30, December 22, 2020 (Beijing time)

It is for the Enlarged Council Meeting of IUCAE.

Ⅲ Participation

All participants are supposed to send the Word format of Register (Annex 2) to the email address (shirleen@ujs.edu.cn) before 17:00 on December 7, 2020 (Beijing time).

Ⅵ Fee

There is no registration fee. Participants bear their own travel expenses and accommodation costs.

Ⅴ Others

1. Given regular epidemic prevention and control, onsite participants are required to wear masks during attendance. The staff will take the body temperature at the entrance of the meeting room and ensure all participant come with green Jiangsu Health code.

2. Participants who have suspected symptoms of Covid-19, have had a close contact with people from places deemed medium or high risk, have stayed in areas deemed medium or high risk or other suspected situations within 14 days before the meeting should designate another attendee.
